Chadwicks

With its offices located on the University of East Anglia (UEA) campus, it should come as no surprise that Chadwicks sees itself as a learning organisation.

The firm works closely with the Norwich Business School and UEA’s School of Economics to attract high-quality candidates to the profession by offering work experience and summer internships to students who are between their first and second degrees, with the intention that they will join the team after completing their master’s.

Being a learning organisation also means Chadwicks focuses on creating, acquiring and transferring knowledge, using this to adapt to a changing environment.

Director Richard Ross has raised more than £13,000 for charity this year through his not-for-profit Sounding Board initiative. The scheme introduces experienced business leaders to newer, growing firms and encourages the sharing of best practices and advice. The participating firms then make a donation to charity.
