Clear Cut Financial Planning won three Women in Financial Advice Awards in 2022 for its work on empowering women to take control of their finances.  Founder Jane Gow won Role Model of the Year (small/medium firms).

The firm has created a ‘women and money’ team to equip women with the expertise they need to make big financial decisions. The all-female team comprises two financial planners and three client support staff. It hosted its first in-person event on International Women’s Day in March.

The team has also created educational articles, newsletters and videos designed to help women, particularly those going through difficult times, such as divorce or being widowed.

The firm’s biggest objective for the next 12 months is to gain 30 new clients with £500,000 wealth. Working towards this, it has launched a detailed, cross-channel marketing strategy to deliver the firm’s message and planning to a wider audience.
