Depledge Strategic Wealth Management is one of very few UK firms that has chartered status, accreditation by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, and BS8577 certification.

Marketing and recruitment have been high on the list of priorities, which has led to significant client enquiries from across the UK and has enabled the firm to expand its team. Colin Tomlinson was recently appointed head of technical and will look to improve and streamline Depledge’s processes. Dan Gordon has now started his role as a financial planner, having joined the business as a graduate.

A major goal for the firm and its founder Andrew Day (pictured) is to be in the 11% of advice firms in the UK with five or more advisers. The fact it expects to achieve this within two years shows how strong the growth is right now.

Meanwhile, the firm is working towards achieving B Corporation status and is adjusting its sustainability initiatives accordingly.
