Keeping clients informed and in the loop is essential for Sam Sloma, managing director at Engage Financial Services.

As well as publishing educational blogs on its website, the firm this year sent clients a physical booklet (and provided a download link) about how to gather important financial details to make the life of their families less difficult in the event of their death.

It has rolled out financial wellbeing and education webinars this year, utilising the team’s new financial coaching qualifications. To support this, Engage runs financial education webinars for employees of other companies, thus educating a larger and broader audience.

All this work has gone down well with clients. When the firm announced an increase in its fixed fees in September 2021, the response was positive.
