Fairstone Group
Lee Hartley
Boldon, Tyne and Wear

Fairstone may be a national advice firm that has just completed its 50th acquisition, but it is also focused on developing young talent in the profession. The firm has invested in attracting graduates with the right attitude to technical roles, with the aim of eventually turning them into fee-earning advisers.

Fairstone wants to dispel the myth that financial advice is only for the wealthy and so provides brochures and guides on all its service areas on its website. It distributes a bi-monthly educational magazine to clients and shares this on its website and social media platforms. It also has an annual series of webinars that go into detail on all elements of financial advice and are accessible to all.

The firm has implemented a profit share incentive scheme to encourage its advisers to grow their client base. This can mean an adviser can earn three times their annual salary.
