For Finura, a financial plan should challenge how you think and feel about money and help you make better financial decisions.

Finura offers cashflow and lifestyle modelling as standard for all clients holding investments. It believes clients benefit from an understanding of behavioural finance and how people really make financial decisions, specifically the role of emotions. To that end, it has developed InvestIQ – an online platform combining behavioural finance and investment education. The platform enables clients to analyse their investment personality, higlighting potential biases.

This year, Finura has undertaken a full review of its client experience and journey and made some improvements via internal workshops for staff.

The firm does not assume all clients will be suited to its centralised investment proposition, so in some cases it creates a bespoke portfolio using full market research from FE Analytics.
