Future Life Wealth Management is developing a new generation of financial planning talent.

Managing director Jillian Thomas set a succession plan in motion five years ago, teaching her employees Sam Williams and Keeley Woodcock how to run a financial planning firm and instilling them with confidence. The aim is for Williams and Woodcock to take over the business by 2025.

Future Life Wealth Management has also provided work placements, apprenticeships and graduate training opportunities in the past four years, encouraging young people into the profession.

Until Thomas retires, she remains committed to providing clients with the support and reassurance they need. In the past few months, the team has been putting out newsletters, blogs and social media posts and making appearances on radio and TV to help clients and consumers understand and cope with the cost-of-living crisis.
