This investment in technology has allowed the firm to trial a four-day working week for employees.

On investments, Hansford Bell offers ESG portfolios that are built to match clients’ ethical and environmental values. The firm’s ESG service is overseen by financial planning director Becky Adams, who achieved chartered status last year.
