When it comes to succession planning, the firm is looking to members of its team to eventually succeed managing director Nicholas Platt, and is now getting them acclimatised to making key business decisions in order to plan for the future.
As well as planning for the future, Henwood Court is busy growing. Its funds under advice are expected to increase to £254m by the end of the year from £219m in 2021.
To attract new clients, the firm updated its website this year, with new client testimonial videos aimed at showing prospects what it can offer. It also launched a new networking event and webinar series for local business owners. The webinars aim to show how much wealth, outside of a business, is enough for clients to pursue the life they want.
