Murphy Wealth has invested in expanding its team and helping staff deliver on its ‘human first’ promise. CEO Adrian Murphy describes the firm as being ‘human first in a numbers-first world’. It measures success not on a spreadsheet but through clients calling for a chat, sending pictures of pets or saying how excited they are about their daughter’s wedding.
Its expansion strategy is focused on achieving high levels of client satisfaction and therefore client referrals, as well as driving interest through social media campaigns and in-person events.
It has hired four graduates for its in-house training programme and a new client manager. It is also fostering a culture of continuous professional development by putting in place a tailored plan to help each member of staff achieve their full potential.
It has also invested heavily in compliance training. Funds under advice have grown by £30m to £210m and clients by 90 to 590.
