To this end, Spentwell has launched a series of educational seminars, blogs and newsletters to better inform the public about money, investing and financial planning. This proved particularly crucial during Covid lockdowns and the related market turbulence. The firm has also continued its partnership with RedStart Educate to provide personal finance education in schools and the local community.
The Edinburgh-based firm, which has a partnership with local football club The Spartans, has also implemented a flexible working environment to attract new talent into the business, with four-day working weeks and a hybrid approach to office work.
