For many national advice firms, strategy has been focused on growth via acquisitions. But Leeds-headquartered The Private Office believes as much in organic growth as it does in inorganic growth through acquiring IFAs.
In 2021, the firm attracted more than 500 new clients, thanks to its investment in digital marketing strategies, which have included financial planning webinars for clients and using data analytics to ensure the most effective lead generation process.
The firm’s digital portal allows clients to see their financial life plan in one place and includes an encrypted document exchange to ensure security.
As well as launching a discretionary version of its model portfolios, the firm has also unveiled investmentchampion.co.uk, which offers portfolios for clients with smaller pots.
The Private Office is certainly not an advice firm standing still under CEO Stuart Phillips, and it is even considering floating on a smaller market to provide staff with a payday for their shares.
